Appointment Information for Diagnostic Evaluations
All evaluations conducted at Portland Autism Center are completed by licensed clinical psychologists. Portland Autism Center’s evaluating clinical psychologists are all preferred providers with Regence BlueCross BlueShield. We do not bill out-of-network for evaluations and payment is due in full when services are rendered.
Portland Autism Center is currently accepting new referrals for autism spectrum disorder evaluations focusing on the question of moderate to high functioning ASD ages 8 years and up (for those seeking evaluations for individuals under 8 years old, please refer to our Community Resources page for other providers in the area).
If you would like to learn more about the evaluation process or would like to begin a referral (self-referrals accepted), please complete the Diagnostic Evaluation Waitlist Form and email it or fax it to:

Appointment Information for Psychologists and Counselors:
Appointments will be set up with your own individual provider. Typically, your day and time for your appointment will remain the same for each week, or every other week, depending on what you decide with your therapist. This is to provide great predictability to your child around their appointment time so that there can be continued consistency for them throughout their treatment at the Portland Autism Center.
Please contact us directly to ensure that we have availability to schedule you before completing our patient packet.
